Vision

An army of men equipped to lead and establish to God’s kingdom so no man, woman or child lives or dies without Christ.

Mission

Equipping kingdom-minded men to lead in their homes, their churches and  their communities.

The meaning and values of a KingsMan

Kingdom Warrior—we are equipping men to recognize the war that is being  waged on earth against Christ,  for control of earth and  for the souls of men.  And to engage as active duty soldiers on the side of Christ to forcefully advance  His kingdom on earth and to defend all that is precious to Christ, such as their  families and Church, against the enemy’s assaults.

“From  the  time  of  John  the  Baptizer  until  now,  the  kingdom  of  heaven  has  been  forcefully advancing, and forceful people have been seizing it.”

Matthew 11:12 GW

Industrious Worker—we are equipping men to take responsibility to represent  and advance the kingdom in their careers, businesses and professional lives by  being  diligent  and  productive  owners,  managers  and  workers  for  Christ  in  whatever  they  do. And  to  take  primary  responsibility  to  provide  for  the  financial needs of their families and their churches.

“In all the work you are doing, work the best you can. Work as if you were doing it for  the Lord, not for people.”

Colossians 3:23 NCV

Noble Gentleman—we are equipping men to represent the kingdom by always  conducting themselves respectfully in their manner of speech and dress with  the  glory  of  Christ  in  mind.  A  noble  gentleman  lets  his  influence  be  felt  by  showing respect for others, especially to elders, and by being courteous, calm  and  considerate  of  the  needs  and  interest  of  others. With  regards  to  a  woman, he always honors her as the “weaker vessel” and therefore is mindful  of his responsibility to protect her and attend to her needs.

“Let your speech always be with grace, as though seasoned with salt, so that you will  know how you should respond to each person.”

Colossians 4:6 NASB

“Likewise, ye husbands, dwell with them according to knowledge, giving honour unto  the wife, as unto the weaker vessel, and as being heirs together of the grace of life;  that your prayers be not hindered.”

1 Peter 3:7 KJV

Godly Disciple—we are equipping men to be Christlike in their attitudes and  behaviors by relying on the power of the Holy Spirit in them for all they do, and

committing themselves  diligently  to  prayer,  the  Word,  regular  fellowship,  Christian service, giving and evangelism. A godly disciple influences the world  for  Christ  by  being  a  kingdom  leader  who  proudly  identifies  himself  as  a  believer in Christ, prioritizes spiritual growth, and advances the kingdom by  mentoring others to obey all that Christ has commanded us to do.

“The things which you have heard from me in the presence of many witnesses, entrust  these to faithful men who will be able to teach others also.”

2 Timothy 2:2 NASB

Matthew 28:18-20

Submitted  Servant  and  Steadfast  Friend—we  are  equipping  men  to  be  Christlike and to advance the kingdom as He did, by embracing the heart of a  servant, and counting it joy to humble themselves to serve others with their  time,  talents  and  treasure. And  by  this  commitment  to  selfless  service  to  represent the One, who did not come to be served, but to serve and give his life  for many.

—we are also equipping men to be Christlike in their friendships by learning how  to be loyal and reliable friends that can be counted on to be there in good times and bad, to be truthful and loving always, long suffering and forgiving, even as He is working on us.

“Do nothing from selfishness or empty conceit, but with humility of mind regard one another as more important  than  yourselves;  do  not merely look  out  for  your  own personal interests, but also for the interests of others. Have this attitude in yourselves  which was also in Christ Jesus, who, although He existed in the form of God, did not  regard equality with God a thing to be grasped, but emptied Himself, taking the form  of a bond-servant, and being made in the likeness of men. Being found in appearance  as a man, He humbled Himself by becoming obedient to the point of death, even death  on a cross.”

Philippians 2:3-8 NASB

Proverbs 18:24

One who has unreliable friends soon comes to ruin, but there is a friend who sticks  closer than a brother.

John 15:13.

Greater love has no man than this, than to lay done one’s life for His friends.
